This checklist was designed to give the listing agent a checklist to ensure there aren’t any last minute surprises in the financing of a manufactured home. Manufactured homes can be tricky to finance, especially when a lot of this information isn’t normally discovered until a borrower is under contract and can impact the ability of the borrower to finance the home.
