Presented By: Jim Jenkins SR. VICE PRESIDENT, VALUATION SERVICES / CHIEF APPRAISER Mr. Jenkins began his career in real estate appraising in 1999. He currently holds appraiser credentials in AZ, CA, HI, MI, VA, and WI. He has worked independently as a field appraiser in the private sector and spent part of his career as an appraiser and market analyst for World Savings/Wachovia. His current position requires him to attend various industry events and symposiums in order to develop a vision of the rising challenges the appraisal industry faces in order to provide AXIS with the guidance to meet those challenges. His ability to effectively communicate and foster relationships with both appraisers and our lender-clients while finding resolutions in complex scopes of work is unique. In addition, Jim’s responsibility includes the development of policies and procedures that ensure AXIS meets today’s compliance challenges while maintaining the superior quality and service required by our clients.
