The ideal TLP partner enjoys starting and finishing projects and should enjoy providing guidance and building meaningful, long-lasting relationships. They should have the ability to softly educate and be assertive enough to complete complex projects within the applicable due dates. A creative collaboration between our TLP Partners on delivering amazing customer service and solving complex mortgage issues. Loan Production Partner | Full Time | Average Closed Loans per month 30-45, depending on cycle | For this Partnership to be successful you MUST have a great attitude, willingness to improve, passion to grow and the ability to go above and beyond and priding yourself on RESULTS!
